New Class Launch: TRILL HIIT Now Available

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our newest class format: TRILL HIIT! This high-energy workout combines the music and movement philosophy that makes TRILLFIT special with the proven effectiveness of high-intensity interval training. Get ready to sweat, smile, and feel stronger than ever before.

What Makes TRILL HIIT Different?

TRILL HIIT isn't your typical HIIT class. While traditional high-intensity workouts can feel intimidating or monotonous, we've infused our signature style into every aspect of this new format. Expect the same inclusive atmosphere, incredible music, and community energy that defines all TRILLFIT classes, but with the added benefit of interval training's proven results.

Class Structure & What to Expect

Each 45-minute TRILL HIIT class follows this energizing format:

  • Warm-up (8 minutes): Dynamic movements set to upbeat music to prepare your body
  • HIIT Circuits (30 minutes): 4-5 circuits alternating between high-intensity work and active recovery
  • Cool-down (7 minutes): Stretching and mindfulness to help your body recover

Class Schedule & Booking

TRILL HIIT classes are now available at all TRILLFIT locations. Check our class schedule for times and book your spot through our app or website. As with all our classes, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first TRILL HIIT experience.
